Took a little walk the other day and collected some Spring flowers and blossom. Borrowed a friend's DT 1.8/50 SAM lens and had a little play. Not used a fixed lens before - completely different experience - I want one of my own now!

Boxing Day Walk: Barton Upon Humber
Hello. I hope you have all had a peaceful Christmas so far? Today my family and I went for a brisk Boxing Day walk along the south bank of the River Humber at Barton-Upon-Humber. Mum and I planned to take lots of photographs, but the men in the family insisted this was supposed to be … Continue reading Boxing Day Walk: Barton Upon Humber

I forgot how beautiful Wales was with its mountains, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, sea and epic landscapes. These photographs may be grainy and a bit blurry … Continue reading Photography: A sneaky trip to Wales
Printmaking at Home: First print of 2014
I've not done anything creative in a while, and I've been feeling a little lost because of it. I won't start my printmaking class until February so I wanted to continue practicing printing at home. The plan is to make cards for friends and family. I've bought some pre-cut card for the job, but printing … Continue reading Printmaking at Home: First print of 2014
